Nestled in the heart of Mutiara Damansara, this smokin' joint has been charming the pants off Petaling Jaya since 2022 with meats so tender, they could solve a crossword puzzle with ease. Here at Ol' Skool, we smoke our beef, lamb, and chicken not just to cook them, but to infuse them with as much character and values of a time gone by.
Our passion for food goes beyond mere eating and drinking; it's about crafting a community around the crackle of a flame and the shared smiles that follow a mouthful of good grub. In March 2024, Fahri decided it was time to stoke the fires of innovation while keeping the coals of tradition glowing. The result? A revamped Ol' Skool Smokehouse featuring a brand-new interior that’s as fresh and inviting as our reimagined menu. Think classic BBQ with a twist—like our Spaghetti Carbon-rib-a or the "Can't Decide?" Sampler, for those who believe variety is the spice of life.

Meat smoking is the process of surrounding a piece of meat in a smoky chamber while cooking it at a low temperature for an extended period of time - low and slow. The prolonged exposure to smoke allows the meat to take on a smoky flavor, giving it a taste that can't be matched any other way.
We have a selection of briskets, beef ribs, lamb ribs and tomahawk steaks served alongside scrumptious side dishes, pastas and sausages. Our beef ribs is a must have!
We only use Halal sourced meats and ingredients. Rest assured that we use the finest quality ingredients with no added flavoring. We prepare all our meals with care.
